Extremely happy with this vase. Rachael Ray Anodized 8-Quart Covered Oval Pasta Pot

Have benefited from using this pot for about 6 months. When I arrived I was surprised by how light it felt compared to other hard anodized cookware that I used. This makes me a bit 'skeptical, but it certainly has worked very well.

E 'light, easy to clean, love the glass / see through the blanket. Adapts well to my stove and heats well - I have a flat top electric, no problem.

The only thing I noticed is that I think that because of the oval shape that works so well for the space I really need to move some items more, especially the pasta, because the edges do not seem to get the same amount of heat than the center. I do not see this as a problem, there's just something to be aware of when using an electric stove smaller.

I certainly buy again.
