I received this as a wedding gift, last June. I made a lot of research before adding to my list and I'm glad I did. Not only do these pants the easiest I have ever had to clean, cook evenly and are relatively easy to store! I highly recommend this book to those seeking to obtain or replace their kitchen utensils before.
