I recently ordered this quarter Rachael Ray 5 Pan, nothing sticks to him, heats evenly all areas, for great bacon on Sunday morning, the big family dinners. Cleaning is easy, heating pads are not necessary for maneuvering around. I love cooking, and this pan is even better is the investment I would do it again. As for packing and shipping was done very well so I think I received 3 or 4 days of the initial order, very happy all around.
